Information

Rotunda, the landmark office building of SouthPark, is designed to provide the finest work environment in the Southeastern United States. Its classical lines, spreading over 550 feet in length, recall the architecture of Thomas Jefferson and the famous Italian villas of the 15th century. The green custom standing seam roof and the attention to detail throughout the building distinguishes it from all others and makes it one of Charlotte's premier signature buildings. Guests or customers may be dropped off under the porte cochere where they will proceed through the marble colonnade lobby to the elevators or on through the building to the groves on the patio designed by the world-renowned landscape architect, Dan Kiley. At night, the building is lighted according to a design prepared by the same team who created the spectacular lighting for the Statue of Liberty's renovation.
